Thank you for your support.

The MyHealthTest blood testing service is a fast, easy and convenient way to monitor your health, all from the privacy of your home. Follow these simple steps to take control of your health today.

Step 1

Order your test service online

To buy online, visit the MyHealthTest online shop and order your test service through our online payment gateway. If you’re under 18 you’ll need your parent or guardian to buy it for you.

Once you’ve ordered your service you’ll be asked to create an account, which allows you to view and track your order. We also need your details to create the test request form that will be posted to you with your sample collection kit.

Step 2

Collect and return your sample

Follow the instructions provided in your sample collection kit to collect your sample in the convenience of your own home. Watch this video for a guide to collecting your sample.

Return your sample with the completed and signed Test Request Form in the pre-paid envelope via regular mail.

Step 3

Our pathology lab processes your sample

Once your sample arrives at our pathology laboratory, you’ll be sent an email to let you know it’s now being processed.

We respect your privacy and will handle your results with utmost confidentiality. Your test results will be available electronically (in a secure format) through our secure website.

Step 4

View your results

When your test results are ready, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access your information through our secure website.

You can choose who you share your results with. You can share your results with others – such as healthcare providers or family members, or you can keep them to yourself. It’s up to you.

Over time as you take more tests, your results will be collected together in tables and graphs. You will be able to see at a glance how your test levels are changing over time, making it easier for you to monitor and manage your health.
