SHIPPING – REPLACEMENTS – REFUNDS

Shipping

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched within one working day, unless otherwise advised. All orders are shipped using Australia Post. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent.

 If you are in a residential area please allow 3 – 5 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you are in a rural or remote area, it may take additional business days in the post. Should you require a faster turnaround of your order delivery you can select Express Post when placing your order. Express Post does not affect dispatch turnarounds but it can speed up transit times. Please be aware that Express Post may not be available in all areas of Australia.

Replacements

If you have any issues with your kit, please contact our customer service staff customer.service@myhealthtest.com. We will arrange for the dispatch of lancets or new test kits if it is deemed appropriate.

Refunds

Once the test kit has been shipped from MyHealthTest refunds cannot be offered. To cancel an order prior to shipment contact customer.service@myhealthtest.com.
